Spotswood Psychology Clinic
We are based in Spotswood, just a short walk from Spotswood Train Station and a short drive from Melbourne CBD.
Our Practice
We are experienced and professional Psychologists who offer evidence-based psychological therapy that is tailored to you.
We offer care and support with a broad range of issues including mental health, trauma, chronic pain, illness, disability, stress, sleep and more.
We acknowledge that psychological concerns vary from person to person and we will help you to understand what contributed to your distress and what’s keeping you from moving forward. From there, we will talk to you about options for therapy.
Treatment Focus
We tend to take a more directive approach to therapy, meaning that we offer you feedback and direction throughout your psychology journey. A directive approach also means providing you with skills and strategies to promote your psychological wellbeing.
We draw on many evidence-based treatments to support your treatment, including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Schema Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
We will provide extra resources if we think it would be helpful, and we offer support to help you maintain your wellbeing after treatment ends.

Our psychologists are compassionate, collaborative and person-centred in their approach. We believe in keeping you in control at all times, and we draw upon your personal strengths to assist with your therapy. We aim to empower you to take control over your life.
