Brand new clinic rooms for rent in Spotswood!

We are looking for allied health professionals to share our space! The clinic has 9 rooms; 5 of which are currently occupied by a psychology practice. One of the rooms is used as a staff "hang-out" room for lunch, peer support and consultation. The offer to use this room is extended to anyone who joins the clinic. We hope it will support a positive culture and allow space to network and collaborate with one another.

The Building:
The building includes a large bathroom, a waiting room and separate admin area (which allows some degree of separation and privacy between clients and admin), and a staff kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc.

Our Location:
There is on-street parking which is unlimited.
We are a few minutes walk from Spotswood train station, and just off the Westgate freeway (10mins from the CBD). We are also easily accessible by bus.

What's available:
There are currently three rooms remaining that can be rented on a full time basis, and there are multiple room options available:
- Unfurnished room for rent on a full time basis - $430 per week
- Furnished room for rent on a full time basis - $460 per week
- Furnished room for rent on a daily basis - $140
- Furnished room for rent on a half day basis - $80

What's included:
- Split system heating and cooling system in each room
- High speed enterprise NBN internet & individual ethernet connections in each room
- All outgoings
- Cleaning
- Basic admin support (onsite) depending on hours of operation

Ideally, the room would suit someone working in Mental Health, Paediatrics or Allied Health - Psychiatrist, Paediatrician, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Dietician, Social Workers, Chinese Medicine, Myotherapist, Massage Therapist, Osteopath, Homeopath, Kinesiologist etc. We would love to have clinicians who we could consult with and share resources.

The psychology practice provides services across all age spans so child services are welcome. We have a designated child therapy room which can be made available for daily rental.
