We would love to hear from highly motivated and passionate Psychologists (Clinical, Ed & Dev or Registered) or Clinical Registrars who are interested in joining our team in Spotswood. We are less than one minute from the Westgate Freeway and just 5 minutes walk from Spotswood train station.
Our Areas of Interest:
Trauma - We currently have a strong focus on trauma and we are particularly keen on promoting EMDR and Schema Therapy.
Chronic Pain - We offer support to those with Chronic Pain and have positive relationships with other specialists to ensure clients are receiving collaborative care.
Neurodivergence and Neurodevelopment - We offer assessment and therapy to children and adults, and are well equipped with psychometric tools.
If your experience doesn’t fit with these areas of interest, that’s okay! We have plenty of referrals for we have great relationships with a variety of referral sources (including GPs, lawyers, NDIS support coordinators, etc). We receive referrals for clients with a range of presenting concerns so we are confident that we will be able to fill your books with your preferred clients.

Irrespective of where you are in your career, we will help to establish CPD goals and offer support with this. Depending on your commitment to Mind in Mind Psychology, we can offer funding towards training and development. We believe that the more skilled and confident you are, the more you will be contributing to our clients and, therefore, the practice.
We have quite a healthy test library if you are interested in assessment work and can support you to build your assessment skills if you need it.
We also have a strong resource library and lots of templates to make your job easier.
We host early career psychologist peer supervision sessions - all employees are invited.
We will bring in guest speakers as per training and development requirements.
Administrative support is provided to make your day run smoothly.

Who we are looking for:
A motivated and passionate Psychologist with AHPRA registration
We would love to hear from people with:
Experience in child and adolescent mental health.
Experience in child and adolescent assessment (preferably those with experience in ADHD, Autism and SLD assessments).
Trauma-informed therapist, or a willingness to develop skills in working with trauma.
Competency and comfort using technology (e.g. Telehealth)
