Phoebe is a registered psychologist who works with clients from across the lifespan. Her approach to therapy is empathic and open-minded. She is passionate about providing clients with a safe and non-judgmental space, where they are free to explore their experiences and feel supported in working towards their therapeutic goals.
Phoebe works from a holistic, trauma-informed and person-centred framework that recognises the uniqueness of each person. She works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and emotional dysregulation.
She utilises a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). As well as Mindfulness based approaches and Relaxation Techniques.
