Sue Oliver

Sue is a registered psychologist who believes in helping clients to increase self awareness, identify and clarify areas of discomfort and stress, accept emotions, and to explore past experience and related beliefs and values. She seeks to encourage clients to identify their goals, recognize their existing strengths and to develop skills to overcome barriers and to choose pathways that enhances their self esteem and connection with others.
Sue has assisted a broad range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, the pressures of parenting, sole-parenting, relationship difficulties, conflict management, grief and loss, career direction, work life balance, coping with change and life stage transition. She also has experience working with gender dysphoria and trans-health.
